Building on the work that has been done by PBEC on Services, Transparency and Traceability, this roundtable will provide participants an opportunity to exchange views on the responsibility of corporate officers and directors on best practices with respect to independence of directors, conflicts of interest avoidance, and lessons learned including latest legislation for corporates to be aware of.
